Leaving you in control
The iRiS system uses cutting edge technology. However, because our expert teams
take care of the details of programming and updating remotely, it's easy for you
to use and lets you stay in control, allowing you to update your handset displays
and menus in a moment, and as often as you wish.
Your private iRiS Dashboard lets you send information about changes to our system
via a VPN link. It will update
your handset displays within 24 hours. Like your handsets, Dashboard
has been developed to provide simple, intuitive control.
You don't need to be a computer expert to control an iRiS Personal ValetTM
system: simply a hotel manager who wants to run their hotel more effectively.
The Managers' PDA
Of course, the manager of any hotel cannot afford to be tied to a desk. When your
iRiS system is commissioned, we will install special bespoke software onto a PDA
for the hotel manager so that he or she can be constantly aware of everything that
goes on - increasing efficiency and supporting their professionalism.
