Cutting Edge Technology

Your guests will only see the Cradle and Handsets of the iRiS Personal Valet^TM system, but it is backed by a simple, proven infrastructure.

iRiS is easy and fast to install, with minimal disruption for service or decoration. The Cradle and Handsets plug into existing Ethernet or Cat5 cabling the is already in place within the hotel. The WiFi network has been designed for self setup. As the system is complete in the rooms the WiFi nodes talk to each other and setup a blanket mesh network providing total coverage.

The heart of your system

At the heart of your system is a dedicated server that links handsets with service screens that alert your teams, and with your billing systems.

All screens and the server will be installed and commmissioned by our specialists.
